Work
I’ve been working with digital content since I first typed out a short story on an outdated Apple computer in elementary school. Since then I’ve worked for startups, Yahoo!, won a Webby, and worked with clients that span a diverse array of industries and services. I also managed digital marketing and communications for Thorn, managing all digital channels from content/campaign development to social media to marketing operations and everything in between.
Most recently, I launched, operated and sold a newsletter business that reached over 200,000 subscribers.
Approach
I have always straddled the line between data and creativity. Data paints a picture, but only the outline. It’s up to human intuition and creativity to color it in.
I believe we do our best work when we’re personally invested. That means giving trust, enabling those around us to have an equal voice at the table, and being willing to fail.
